National Pro Fastpitch Names 2015 Umpire Staff

Nashville, TN – May 15, 2015 -The National Pro Fastpitch League has released its staff of umpires for the 2015 season. This season for NPF, 26 umpires will make up the roster. Those umpires collectively represent 16 states that include Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin. The 2015 NPF umpire staff consists of ten individuals with 8 years or more of professional level experience. USSSA Pride Add Wilson and Downes to 2015 Coaching Staff


KISSIMMEE, Fl- April 20, 2015- The USSSA Florida Pride of the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) league have named Travis Wilson and Todd Downes as part of the 2015 coaching staff. Wilson and Downes will serve as assistants to head coach Mike Davenport who was named head coach last month. This staff will look to lead the Pride to the organization’s fourth NPF Championship in just its seventh NPF season. USSSA Pride Split Double Header; Ashley Charters Walks Off In Victory!

Game 1 Boxscore Pride: 8 Comets: 7 In the first game of a double header on Monday night, The USSSA Pride (2-0) and the NY/NJ Comets (0-2) traded the lead four times, but the USSSA Pride ended up on top with an 8-7 win over the NY/NJ Comets on a walk off two run home run by Ashley Charters. The USSSA Pride were led by a flawless day at the dish by Natasha Watley, who went 3-3 against the Comets' pitching.
