USSSA Pride Announce 2016 Fall Tour

Kissimmee, FL-September 12, 2016-USSSA is pleased to announce that the 2016 Pride Fall Tour is back! This September, the USSSA Pride will be making their way northeast to get USSSA and the NPF back on the map during the off-season for a chance to promote the league in front of the biggest softball fans. Six games will be played at four different universities including softball powerhouse Michigan, top 50-ranked programs Ohio State and Notre Dame plus the University of Dayton for the Great Lakes Tour that is set to begin next week, September 24th. Kissimmee, FL—August 12, 2016—The USSSA Pride ended their regular season in the same way they started it: with a win. In their final game of the regular season, the Pride defeated the Akron Racers in a tight contest that ended in a score of 4-3.  The scoring started in the third inning. The Racers jumped out to a 2-0 lead thanks to a double from Sami Fagan. Kissimmee, FL—August 5, 2016—The USSSA Pride and the Chicago Bandits faced off in a game for the ages, going deep into extra innings in the Bandits’ final home game of the regular season. The Bandits finally won in the 12th inning when Megan Blank hit a walk-off home run to score two and win the game 4-3. After the Pride dropped an avalanche of 13 hits on the Bandits in game two, there were 15 combined hits in tonight’s contest. Kissimmee, FL—August 1, 2016—The Pride started the month of August off with a win as they beat the Scrap Yard Dawgs 3-1. The Pride picked up their 32nd win of the season and widened the gap between them and the league’s second place team. The Dawgs struck first, scoring one in the top of the first. USSSA Pride Take DH Against Scrap Yard to Kick-Off Series in Tallahassee

Kissimmee, FL- July 31, 2016- The USSSA Florida Pride took both games Sunday night to kick off the four-game series against the Scrap Yard Dawgs in Tallahassee. Their third consecutive double header of this past week, the Pride dominated all six games to come to their 31st win of the season. Game one ended with a final score of 11-2, while game two was decided by a score of 6-1.
