Nashville, Tenn.- National Pro Fastpitch announced final plans today for the 2013 College Draft. The Draft will be held in downtown Nashville, Tennessee on April 1 at 8:00 pm EST and will take place at the Ford Theatre located inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Rosemont, Ill - The National Pro Fastpitch 2012 season ended without crowning a Champion on the final day of competition. Championship Series Sunday was riddled with rain, causing delays that ultimately led to cancellation. Despite multiple efforts by Series field crew, the field eventually became too saturated for competition. Tension Boils Over as Pride Win 7-4

Tension was through the roof as the USSSA Pride completed a sweep of the Chicago Bandits Sunday night with a 7-4 victory at the ESPN Wide World of Sports. Both teams saw multiple players ejected for hitting batters and coaches ejected for arguing with umpires about the player ejections. The Bandits (16-16) took a 2-0 lead early in the first after Caitlin Lowe committed an error, allowing both Tammy Williams and Megan Wiggins to score.
