Nashville, TN – November 30, 2015 - National Pro Fastpitch announced today the Scrap Yard Dawgs have finalized selections of five players through the NPF Expansion Draft. The five players, from three separate 2015 NPF affiliate teams, now have contractual rights committed to the Scrap Yard Dawgs, making them the first rostered players of the league’s newest franchise. USSSA Pride Head to Arizona State University to Begin Fall Tour

The first stop on the 2015 Pride Fall Tour is Arizona State University.

Kissimmee, FL- Tempe, Arizona marks the first stop for the USSSA Pride during their 2015 Fall Tour. In six days, the Pride will make an appearance at Arizona State University to compete against the Sun Devils in a friendly exhibition game. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 PM (PT) at Farrington Softball Stadium and will include former Sun Devil Amber Freeman playing against her alma mater. Pride Take Series Against Rebellion with 3-1 Win

Kissimmee, FL- July 21- The USSSA Pride (25-9) closed out the home series with Pennsylvania (9-27) with a 3-1 victory over the Rebellion Tuesday night at Champion Stadium. The Pride led early but the Rebellion threatened to make a comeback in the late innings. USSSA’s Shelby Pendley continued her hot hitting from last night as she doubled home Kelly Kretschman in the first inning to put the Pride on top 1-0 after one at-bat. Pride Defeat Charge 3-1 in Game 2 of the Opening Series

McKinney, TX- June 7, 2015– The USSSA Florida Pride rallied late to beat the Dallas Charge 3-1 and take momentary control of this four-game series. The USSSA Pride’s Chelsea Thomas got the win with four strikeouts and Jordan Taylor earned the save when she came in to relieve Thomas during the bottom of the sixth. After a scoreless top of the first, Renada Davis came to plate to lead the Charge attack.
