Washington, PA-June 7, 2014 - For the second time in an eight game series to start their inaugural season, the Pennsylvania Rebellion, presented by The Coury Financial Group, lost a close 1-0 contest to the Pride on Saturday at CONSOL Energy Park.  Angel Bunner suffered the loss for Pennsylvania while Blaire Luna threw 94 strikes in the win. Pride: 1 Bandits: 8 Boxscore ROSEMONT, Ill.— The Chicago Bandits rounded out the third night of play against the USSSA Pride with an 8-1 victory reclaiming sole possession of first-place in the NPF standings. Starting pitcher, Andi Williamson tossed seven strikeouts in five complete innings and recorded her second win of the season. USSSA Pride Sign Texas Ace Blaire Luna

Kissimmee, FL- The USSSA Pride announced the signing of Texas Longhorn pitcher Blaire Luna today. Luna inked a two-year deal with the USSSA Pride, currently led by head coach J. T. D’Amico. Luna helped lead her Longhorns to 51 wins this season, the second most wins in school history. She capped her colligate career leading Texas to their fifth appearance in the Women’s College World Series.
