Kissimmee, FL- February 11, 2014-After an illustrious career playing the top level of ball, USSSA Pride player, Ashley Charters has announced  that she is retiring from playing in the National Pro Fastpitch League. Charters calls Beaverton, Oregon home and is is a graduate of the University of Washington in 2009, majoring in Sociology and minored in Education, Learning and Society. Racers Fall to the Pride 7-5

AKRON, OH – July 6, 2013 – The Racers fell 7-5 to the USSSA Pride in game three of a four game series. After traveling to Maumee, Ohio for the July 5 match-up where they fell (1-0) against the Pride, the Racers returned to their home turf hungry for a win. Brittany Mack pitched 2.0 innings and kept the Pride restrained, only giving up one hit in the first inning. Both teams went scoreless until the second inning. 2012 NPF Championship Series Ends Early Due to Weather

Rosemont, Ill - The National Pro Fastpitch 2012 season ended without crowning a Champion on the final day of competition. Championship Series Sunday was riddled with rain, causing delays that ultimately led to cancellation. Despite multiple efforts by Series field crew, the field eventually became too saturated for competition. ROSEMONT, Ill. – Cat Osterman threw a two-hit shutout to lead the No. 1 seed USSSA Pride to a 4-0 win in the first game of its best two-out-of-three series against the fourth-seeded Akron Racers Thursday during the opening day of action at the NPF Championship Series at the Ballpark of Rosemont. Montalvo hits late home run, Racers fall 5-2

AKRON, OH – August 19, 2012 – Kelley Montalvo blasted a solo home run over the center field fence in the bottom of the seventh inning for the Racers, closing the scoring gap to 5-2. The USSSA Florida Pride stood strong, taking the weekend series from the Akron Racers, winning 5-2.
