Nashville, TN – November 30, 2015 - National Pro Fastpitch announced today the Scrap Yard Dawgs have finalized selections of five players through the NPF Expansion Draft. The five players, from three separate 2015 NPF affiliate teams, now have contractual rights committed to the Scrap Yard Dawgs, making them the first rostered players of the league’s newest franchise. USSSA Pride to Play Fullerton in Second Game of Fall Tour

Tempe, AZ-It was a beautiful Thursday night in the ASU desert for a Pride and Sun Devil face-off. Thursday’s game was the first of five the Pride will play during the 2015 Fall Tour. Not playing since August it was refreshing to see the Pride back in uniform. Former Sun Devils Amber Freeman and Dallas Escobedo enjoyed the familiar atmosphere in Tempe and couldn’t be happier to be back in front of their home crowd teaming up against their alma mater. USSSA Pride Head to Arizona State University to Begin Fall Tour

The first stop on the 2015 Pride Fall Tour is Arizona State University.

Kissimmee, FL- Tempe, Arizona marks the first stop for the USSSA Pride during their 2015 Fall Tour. In six days, the Pride will make an appearance at Arizona State University to compete against the Sun Devils in a friendly exhibition game. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 PM (PT) at Farrington Softball Stadium and will include former Sun Devil Amber Freeman playing against her alma mater. Pride Fall to Charge in Texas, 3-0

Sugarland TX – August 4, 2015 – Morgan Melloh fired a complete game 4-hit shutout Tuesday night at Constellation Field, lifting the Dallas Charge over the 1st place USSSA Pride 3-0. The southpaw struck out five and walked three.  She improved to 2-5 and dropped her ERA to 2.27. The Charge improved to 16-26, four full games ahead of PA Rebellion for the final spot in the NPF Championship Series in Hoover, Alabama.  Both teams have six games remaining in the regular season. Akron, Ohio- July 8th –Fans saw plenty of action in the battle of the bats between the USSSA Pride and Akron Racers last night as the Racers took game one of the double header 5-4.  But it wouldn’t be an easy win for the Racers: The Pride wouldn’t go down without a fight and proceeded to take game two of the double header 5-1.
