Pride and UAB Alumni Face-off in 2014 Fall Tour

Kissimmee, FL-November 12, 2014-After defeating Wallace State 8-0 last night, the Pride continue the Alabama stretch of their Fall Tour as they take on the alumni of UAB. First pitch tonight is set for 7:00 PM between the Pride and Blazer alums. The last time the Pride were in the city of Birmingham, they took home their third National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) championship in team history. UAB competed in their fifth consecutive NCAA Tournament in 2014, making them one of 23 teams in the NCAA to accomplish that feat. Pride Return to Alabama to Play Wallace State Tonight

Kissimmee, FL-November 11, 2014-Tonight, the USSSA Florida Pride take on Wallace State Community College at Heritage Park in Cullman, AL. First pitch is set for 7:00 PM between the Pride and Lady Lions. This marks the third stop on the Pride's 2014 Fall Tour. The Pride dropped the first contest to the University of Georgia 8-7 on November 6th before beating Georgia Tech last Saturday 6-1. Preceding tonight's game with the Lady Lions, the Pride will host a clinic from 12:00-4:00 PM at Heritage Park. Alabama Falls To NPF All-Stars 2-1

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -Sunday's second game featured the NPF All-Star team in its Back to School fall tour playing college teams around the nation. Alabama got on the scoreboard first in the bottom of the third inning. Junior Kayla Braud lined a ball off the glove of Montalvo into the corner down the left field line, Braud raced around the bases, beating the throw of Francesca Enea for an inside the park home run.
