Natasha Watley won a gold Medal at the 2004 Summer Olympiocs in Athens and a silver medal at the Bejing Olympics in 2008. Watley, whos mother is Bohemian made a direct call to the minister of tourism and aviation. Watley explained the NPF and what it represents, how it works, and the details of each team. It was explained to Watley that the Bahamas was interested and was placing a renewed emphasis on sports tourism and that they would welcome an international softball tournament. College teams as well as pro teams would be welcomed when the Bahamas knew that they could use the business. Wallace also informed Natasha Watley of his countries own excellence in the Olympic games and how important it was to them to continue having success in the sports area and market. Watley also expressed her interest in bringing the NPF to the Bahamas and how much it would mean to her as well as the NPF as a whole.
